- Documenting with panographies - 360 degree imaging - sites registered as World Heritage by the UNESCO.
- Dissemination of these panographies for documentation and promotion of the World Heritage issues.
- Using multimedia techniques in an edutainment mode to raise awareness on the preservation of the World Heritage.
- Promoting the notion of sustainable tourism in the head of local administration, tourists and travelers.
Purpose
- Enhancing our knowledge of the world in order to improve peace and tolerance amongst people, not to mention using our collective skills as a means of promoting the values of peace and sharing the motto : "Tous parents, tous différents".
- Raising attention on our planet, comparable to a small garden that belongs to all of us. <WHTour.org> offers a permanent window to this garden, stressing a prerequisite for its care and attention.

Toronto Manifesto
- Humanity without historical memory is lost and dangerous.
- Historical treasures constitute a common property, a global memory and inheritance.
- This network of historical value represents a new wealth for the entire world.
- Preservation is essential to the future well-being of the world and is a vital seed bed for the future growth of human imagination. Preservation and conservation are not simply physical, they require education and communication.
- A balance between historic deep time and global electronic time needs to be created to promote human understanding and belonging.
- There must be economic and social rewards for conservation and preservation. Economic rewards can be structured a "specific" value that can be exchanged with other commodities in the global finance structure. Social value stems from tolerance and continuity.
- Punishments for destruction or illicit commerce can be part of the conduct of the World Court based on the proposed elaboration of the Hague Conventions.
